Our Story
On September 23, 2023, Kimberly & Jay opened the doors to West Ottawa's very first nutrition club — and it quickly became so much more than a place for great drinks.
How It All Started
What started as a dream to bring vibrant, healthy drinks to the Stittsville community quickly became something much bigger. Within just 1.5 months of opening, Stittsville Nutrition won its first award — Best Cafe in Stittsville from the Canadian Choice Awards.
Over the next two years, the awards kept coming: Best Smoothie, Best New Restaurant, Best Juice Bar, Best Specialty Coffee, and Best Barista (Kimberly!) — 13 awards in total. But the real magic isn't the trophies.
It's the community. From Sip & Paint nights and pop-up vendor markets to Mommies & Me mornings and holiday events, Stittsville Nutrition has become the neighbourhood's favourite gathering place. A spot where everyone feels welcome, the drinks are always vibrant, and the energy is always good.
